On Wednesday 9th September 2015, the National Health Insurance Implementation Team hosted a public meeting at the Catholic Community Centre on Virgin Gorda.
The team included Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health, Mrs. Petrona Davies; Deputy Director of the BVI Social Security Board with responsibility for NHI, Mr. Roy Barry, Manager for Health Benefits and Referrals Ms. Norma Benjamin; Manager for Beneficiary and Advisory Services Ms. Kishma Baronville and employee Susan Daly.
Over 150 residents attended and posed a number of questions, which were all answered by members of the team.
